2. Nepali citizenship certificate
3. Minimum qualifications certificate
4. Character certificate
5. Inclusions certificate certified by the district administration office
6. Experience letter

Type of Exam

Exam Fees 

For officer level 10 Rs 2000

For officer level 9 Rs 1600

For officer level 8 Rs 1400

For officer level 7 Rs 1200

Note: For the additional form of any inclusion category applicant should pay an extra Rs 500 for levels 8-10 and for level 7 Rs 400.

For Assistant level 5 Rs 800

For assistant level 4 Rs 700

For Assistant level 3 Rs 600

Note: For the additional form of any inclusion category applicant should pay an extra Rs 300 for level 5 and for levels 4 & 3 Rs 200.

Age Limit

For officer level 7 age should be between 21 to 35 years old and should not exceed the age of 35 till 2079/06/27. For officer level 8 and above it the age should be 40 years not exceeding the age of 40.

For Assistant level from 3 to 5 age must be range between 18 to 35 years old or equal to 35 years old.

Note: For women and physically challenged applicants the age is allowed to 40 years old.

Experience

For all the technical positions they should possess at least experience in their respective field. The experience letter must be submitted along with the form.

Deadline

 2079/06/20 for a single fee and 2079/06/23 for a double fee.

Workplace

The officer should be working at any place in Nepal as mentioned by NEA and the assistant should work at any place in their province from where they submit the form.

Trail period 

For a man candidate, it will be 1 year and for a woman, it will be six months.

Fee payment

Applicants are fully allowed to pay their payments online as directed By NEA.
