Observation:
1. This curriculum plan is based on a joint and integrated examination system for non-technical areas such as justice, foreign affairs, Administration, Audit, and Parliament Services Written Examination (First Stage and Second Stage) for all categories and final stage (computer skill test and interview) is divided into two parts.
2. Written examination as given in table (1) and table (2) for all the sub-services as mentioned above will be compulsory.
3. The subject matter of the first, second, and third papers/subjects is the same for all groups of services mentioned above and will be mandatory.
4. The medium of the written examination paper will be Nepali but in English when the content needs to be clarified the word should be placed in parentheses.
5 The medium of written examination will be Nepali or English or both Nepali and English.
6. 20 percent for each wrong answer will be deducted if the objective multiple choice questions are answered incorrectly. But if the answer is not given, marks will not be provided and marks will not be deducted.
7. No calculator will be used in the exam with multiple choice questions.
8. The number of questions asked in the exam, marks, and weightage will be as given in the relevant paper/subject as much as possible.
9. There will be separate answer booklets for each section of the paper containing thematic questions. Each of the answers to the questions of the section should be written in the answer book of the same section.
10. Regardless of what is written in the subject matter of the papers under this curriculum plan, those included in the curriculum Laws, Acts, Rules, and Policies 3 months before the date of examination (amended or removed as amended).or further amended) should be considered to be in this course.
11. The Second stage is only for the candidates who are selected in the written test of the first stage.
12. The written exam results will be published based on the total marks combined with the marks obtained in the first paper and second paper and interview.
13. Only shortlisted candidates in the written test will appear in the final round of the computer skill tests and interviews will be included.
14. Final result will be published based on aggregate marks of written test and final stage computer skill test and interview
